The purpose of this module is to reflect on gaming as an activity to destress and relax, and expand on both the pros and cons of how it could serve as a wonderful hobby as well as a debilitating addiction.
By the end of this session, you should be able to understand the various benefits of gaming to both physical skills and mental health, how to be a healthy gamer, understand the various factors that lead to addiction, how to stop it and what cyberbullying and its prevention mean.
